Terms of service
The service
Deb connects an AI assistant you choose, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to the LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook accounts you connect, so your assistant can read, draft and, after you confirm, send for you. Deb is provided by Thalassis Pte. Ltd..
Accounts
You need a Deb account to use Deb. You must have the right to connect each account you link to Deb. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your Deb account.
Subscriptions and billing
Deb is sold as a subscription. Your plan sets how many accounts you can connect, and you can add accounts to any plan. Plans are billed monthly or annually. Add-ons are billed monthly, also on annual plans. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial of Pro. We ask for a card at signup. On day 30 the trial becomes a paid Pro plan unless you switch to another plan or cancel first. We remind you before the trial ends.
Founding rates
Founding rates are available to our first 100 customers. A place is reserved when the free trial starts and released if the trial is cancelled before it converts. A Team counts as one customer. Once a trial converts, the place is used and isn't returned. Founding rates stay in place for as long as the subscription stays active and end on cancellation. If a subscription is cancelled because a payment failed, the founding rate is restored if you come back within 30 days.
Taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Our payment provider calculates any VAT, GST or sales tax for your location and shows the total before you pay.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Deb and your connected accounts, including every message you approve. You must follow the terms of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft, and the laws that apply to the messages you send.
Third-party services
Deb depends on services it does not control. Those services may change, limit or end access at any time, and Deb's features may change as a result.
No affiliation
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Gmail, Google, Outlook, Microsoft, Claude and ChatGPT are trademarks of their respective owners. Deb is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Acceptable use
Your use of Deb must follow our Acceptable use policy.
Liability
Deb is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about Deb beyond those in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- messages, invitations, posts or other actions that you approve, or that your AI assistant takes through Deb;
- LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft or any other service limiting, suspending or closing your accounts;
- outages, changes or errors in the services Deb depends on;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim and US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and its effective date.
