Everything Deb does, channel by channel.

LinkedIn first, with WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft in the same chat. Ask Claude or ChatGPT; Deb does the work, and you approve what goes out.

LinkedIn

All of LinkedIn, inside your AI chat.

Search for people, send invites, reply to messages and engage with posts by asking Claude or ChatGPT. Deb does the work; you approve what goes out.

Find

  • Search people with keywords and filters for industry, location and company. Filters work without keywords, so you can list a company's people.
  • Paste a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search link and Deb runs it.
  • Get full profiles (headline, current company, work history, location) one at a time or in bulk.
  • Look up the current employer for many contacts at once.
  • Know when a search found no one: Deb tells you when an empty result is real and when LinkedIn search isn't responding.

“Find product leaders at logistics companies in Zurich and summarise their backgrounds.”

Connect

  • Send connection requests with a personal note of up to 300 characters.
  • See and withdraw invitations you've sent.
  • Accept or decline invitations you've received.
  • List everyone who connected since a date, ready for a thank-you follow-up.

“Who accepted my invites since Monday? Draft a short thank-you to each.”

Talk

  • Read and reply to LinkedIn messages, and start conversations with your connections.
  • See who's waiting on your reply, and who hasn't answered you.
  • Tell people with the same name apart by company; Deb marks the best match.
  • Keep drafts and schedule messages for later.

“Which LinkedIn conversations have I left unanswered this week?”

Engage

  • Search posts by topic, with reaction and comment counts.
  • Read a person's or company's recent posts and the comments on any post.
  • React, comment and publish text posts: now, scheduled, or as a draft to review.

“Find this week's posts about AI in fund administration and draft a comment on the top three.”

From ideal customer to sent invites

  1. Confirm who you're looking for.

  2. Deb searches and qualifies prospects.

  3. Deb drafts a personal note for each.

  4. You approve.

  5. Deb sends at a steady pace of about 20 a day.

An assistant, not autopilot

Deb doesn't run campaigns on its own. Your assistant drafts, you decide, Deb sends, with your email, WhatsApp and calendar in the same conversation for context.

A steady daily pace

LinkedIn messages and invitations count toward a daily pace of 25 by default. Deb shows how many you've sent in the last 24 hours and tells you when you reach it. Reactions, comments and posts don't count toward it.

What Deb doesn't do yet

  • Posts are text only: no images, documents or polls.
  • No read receipts on messages.
  • No feed browsing; search for posts instead.
  • Sent messages and published posts can't be edited or deleted from Deb.

WhatsApp

Your WhatsApp chats and groups, in the same conversation as everything else.

Chats and groups

  • See your recent chats and groups, with unread counts and the last message.
  • Read any conversation, including who said what in a group.
  • See who's in a group.

Who's waiting

  • See chats where you owe a reply, and chats where you're waiting on them.
  • Narrow it to a date range, such as everything since Monday.
  • See how many follow-ups you've sent since their last reply.

Find people and messages

  • Find a contact by name or phone number.
  • See whether you already have a chat with someone before you message them.
  • Search what was said across your chats.

Send

  • Reply in any chat, or start a new one with a phone number.
  • Messaging someone you already talk to continues that chat instead of opening a new one.
  • Send files and images, and read the ones people send you.
  • Keep drafts, schedule messages and cancel them before they go out.
  • If a chat has moved on since you drafted, Deb can hold the message and show you what's new first.

“Which WhatsApp chats haven't I answered since Friday? Draft a short reply to each.”

Good to know

  • Deb counts your WhatsApp sends over the last 24 hours and tells you when you reach a steady pace of 50 a day.
  • You see when a message was delivered; read receipts aren't available.
  • Contacts are matched by WhatsApp profile name or phone number, not by the names saved in your phone.
  • Files can be up to 15 MB per message.
  • Not yet: reactions, or editing and deleting sent messages.

Google

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, across every Google account you connect.

Gmail

  • Search with Gmail's own search terms, such as from: or newer_than:7d, across all your Gmail accounts at once.
  • Read full threads, and the contents of text attachments such as CSV or XML files.
  • Draft, reply, forward and schedule emails. Replies go out from the address the email was sent to.
  • See which threads are waiting on you, and which have gone quiet since your last email.
  • Archive and unarchive threads.
  • Turn on an out-of-office reply, now or for set dates.

Google Calendar

  • See events from all your Google accounts in one timeline.
  • Find free time across all your accounts.
  • Create events. When you invite people and there's no room or address, Deb adds a Google Meet link.
  • Reschedule without losing anyone's reply, and accept or decline invites with a note.
  • Set up to 5 reminders per event, as pop-ups or emails.

Google Drive

  • Search My Drive and shared drives.
  • Read Google Docs, Sheets and Slides as text.
  • Create files, including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
  • Attach Drive files to emails without downloading them.

“Find a free hour on Thursday and invite [email protected], with a Google Meet link.”

Good to know

  • Attachments follow Gmail's limit of about 25 MB per message.
  • Deb reads file contents up to 256 KB; larger files can still be attached to emails.
  • Not yet: deleting emails, marking them read or unread, or applying labels.
  • Not yet: editing, moving, sharing or deleting Drive files.

Microsoft

Outlook, Outlook calendar and OneDrive, including shared team mailboxes.

Outlook

  • Search and read mail across all your Outlook accounts at once.
  • Read full conversations, and the contents of text attachments such as CSV or XML files.
  • Draft, reply, forward and schedule emails.
  • See which conversations are waiting on you, and which have gone quiet since your last email.
  • Archive and unarchive messages.
  • Turn on an out-of-office reply with separate messages for colleagues and for everyone else, now or for set dates.

Shared mailboxes

  • Work in shared mailboxes such as info@ or sales@ that your account can open.
  • Read, reply and send from them like any other inbox.
  • Choose whether a shared mailbox shows up when you search all your inboxes.

Outlook calendar

  • See your events in one timeline with your other accounts.
  • Find free time across all your accounts.
  • Create events. When you invite people and there's no room or address, Deb adds a Microsoft Teams link.
  • Reschedule without losing anyone's reply, and accept or decline invites with a note.

OneDrive

  • Search your files by name and content.
  • Read file contents and create new files.
  • Attach OneDrive files to emails without downloading them.

“Check the info@ mailbox for anything waiting on a reply this week and draft answers.”

Good to know

  • Attachments can be up to 50 MB.
  • Deb reads file contents up to 256 KB; larger files can still be attached to emails.
  • Sending from a shared mailbox needs Send As permission from your Microsoft 365 admin.
  • Shared mailboxes work for mail only: shared calendars, shared files and out-of-office on shared mailboxes aren't supported.
  • Outlook keeps one reminder per event.
  • Microsoft doesn't always share other attendees' replies, so some may show as unknown.
  • Not yet: deleting emails, marking them read or unread, or moving them to folders other than the archive.

Across every channel

Every account at once.

Ask once and Deb checks every inbox, calendar and drive you've connected, Google and Microsoft together, and tells you if an account needs reconnecting.

One list of who's waiting.

Who owes you a reply and who you owe one, across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook.

The right inbox to send from.

With several inboxes, Deb suggests which one to send from, based on the recipient's domain and who you've written to before.

Approval before sending.

Deb tells your assistant to show you the full draft and wait for your OK. Emails over 10 MB wait for an extra confirmation, because large emails often bounce.

Six ready-made workflows.

Daily brief, LinkedIn prospecting, follow-up sweep, inbox triage, meeting prep and an outreach assistant.
